This combines a reduced hourly rate with a success-based contingency, aligning our compensation with achieving the right outcome, whether through negotiation, litigation, or judgment. Unlike many firms that rely heavily on hourly billing, our model is designed to promote efficiency, focus, and shared success.

We also work with a trusted Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) that supports our practice through case management, discovery, accounting, and administrative assistance. This partnership reduces costs by handling detailed work that does not require a licensed attorney, allowing me to focus on the legal strategy and courtroom advocacy. The result is stronger case preparation, greater efficiency, and significant savings for our clients.

All fee arrangements are openly discussed and documented in a written fee agreement in compliance with the California Rules of Professional Conduct.
